摘要
说理执法在执法模式中暴力程度较低,执法难度不大,应当成为警察规范化执法的常用执法模式。说理执法目前面临执法者能力欠缺的突出问题,需要公安院校站在素质培养的高度,进行说理执法能力职业训练。MOOC、雨课堂的大规模个性化网络教育平台架构优势,为公安院校开展说理执法能力培训提供了一条创新途径。
With its low degree of coercion and enforcement difficulty, the reasoning-based enforcement pattern becomes common in the standardization of police enforcement. But enforcement officials’ lack of capability needs the professional training held by police colleges.The advantage of personalized network education platform, such as MOOC and Rain Classroom, presents a creative method.
