摘要
欧洲是现代化生产糖果巧克力的发源地,相对于欧洲竞争激烈的巧克力市场来讲,国内巧克力市场行业竞争程度较低、竞争产品较少。本文将我国和欧盟巧克力法规标准体系进行对比,找出差距,从而对标准体系的改进角度提出建议。
Europe is the birthplace of modem chocolate production.Compared with the highly competitive chocolate market in Europe,the domestic chocolate market has a lower level of competition and fewer competitive products.This paper compares the regulation and standard system of chocolate in China and EU,tries to find out the disparities,and puts forward suggestions for improving the chocolate standard system in China.
