摘要
利用SolidWorks三维软件将某机械制造企业设计生产的车载铝合金LNG框架建立初始三维模型,并利用该软件的simulation有限元分析功能对该初始框架模型进行静应力分析,以得到该初始框架模型的位移、应力值.因为初始框架模型的分析结果无法满足GB/T20734-2006《液化天然气汽车专用装置安装要求》的规定,故对其进行优化设计,最终使优化后的模型满足国标要求.此种分析优化方法为该铝合金LNG框架的设计制造提供了可靠的依据.
Aiming at on Vehicle LNG Framework of Aluminum Alloy designed and produced by a machinery manufacturing enterprise,the finite element model of the frame is established by SolidWorks three-dimensional software. The simulation finite element analysis function of the software is used to static stress analysis and the displacement and stress values of the initial frame model are obtained. Because the initial frame model can/t meet the requirement of GB/T 20734-2006 "Installation Requirements for LNG Vehicle Special Devices",the structure of the framework is optimized until it can meet the requirement. The analysis and optimization methods provide a reliable basis for the design and manufacture of the aluminum alloy LNG frame.
