摘要
提出了一种基于kriging(克里金)近似模型以快速提高电驱动桥壳多目标优化精度.通过参数相关性分析选出与质量和寿命相关性大的桥壳结构参数作为设计变量,利用拉丁超立方实验设计方法进行采样,构建kriging近似模型.基于R 2值等衡量,验证模型精度.针对近似模型随机点验证精度变差问题,采用模型偏差较大区域构建细化点,该方法使得模型精度达到预期.基于此模型进行优化,桥壳各性能指标与优化前相对比均有所改善,实现了轻量化的目的.
A method based on kriging approximation model is proposed to rapidly improve the accuracy of multi-objective optimization for electric drive axle housing.Through parameter correlation analysis,the structural parameters of the axle housing that have a large correlation with the quality and life are selected as design variables,and then the Latin hypercube experimental design method is used for sampling to construct the Kriging approximation model.The accuracy of the model based on R 2 value is verified.To solve the problem that the verification accuracy of approximate model random points is poor,a region with large model deviation is used to construct refinement points,which makes the model accuracy reach the expectation.Based on this model,each performance index of the axle housing has been improved compared with that before optimization,and the purpose of lightweight has been realized.
