基于CS-ELM的医院财务状况评价

摘要 为提高医院财务状况评价精度,针对ELM模型的性能受初始的输入权重和隐含层偏置的选择影响,运用布谷鸟搜索算法优化选择初始的输入权重和隐含层偏置,提出一种基于CS-ELM的医院财务状况评价模型。研究结果表明,CS-ELM可以有效提高医院财务状况评价的精度,为医院财务状况评价提供了新的方法和途径,从而为医院战略的制定和调整以及决策提供了重要的参考依据。 In order to improve the evaluation accuracy of the hospital's financial situation,the performance of the ELM model is affected by the initial input weight and the selection of implicit layer bias,and the cuckoo search algorithm is used to optimize the initial input weight and implicit layer bias.An evaluation model of hospital financial condition based on CS-ELM is presented.The research results show that CS-ELM can effectively improve the accuracy of hospital financial evaluation,provide new methods and approaches for hospital financial evaluation,and thus provide an important reference for the formulation and adjustment of hospital strategies and decision-making.
