摘要
目的以金银忍冬、胡枝子和小紫珠3种野生花灌木为材料进行盆栽试验,对3种花灌木耐旱性进行比较。方法土壤水分梯度设置为CK、轻度干旱、中度干旱和重度干旱,对照组为田间最大持水量,通过分析干旱胁迫下植物叶片中SOD活性、MDA、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量的变化探究3种灌木耐旱性。结果随着干旱胁迫程度增加,3种植物的MDA、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量呈不同程度上升趋势,金银忍冬叶片中SOD活性呈现先上升后下降趋势,轻度干旱时活性最高,比对照增加了2.8%。胡枝子和小紫珠为持续下降趋势,重度干旱时,与对照相比分别降低了4.4%和65.4%。结论金银忍冬在轻度和中度干旱胁迫下,各项生理指标相对稳定。重度干旱下,3种植物的各项指标均出现较大幅动。试验表明,金银忍冬较其他2种灌木更具耐旱性。
Objective To compare the drought tolerance of three flowering shrubs with three wild flower shrubs:Lonicera maackii,Lespedeza bicolor and Lespedeza bicolor.Methods The soil water gradient was set to(CK,mild drought、moderate drought、severe drought),and the control group was the maximum water holding capacity in the field.To explore the drought tolerance of three shrubs,the changes of SOD activity,MDA,soluble protein and soluble sugar content in plant leaves under drought stress were analyzed.Results With the increase of drought stress,the contents of MDA,soluble protein and soluble sugar of three plants increased in different degrees.The activity of SOD in Lonicera japonica leaves increased first and then decreased,and the activity was highest under light water stress gradient.Compared with the control,it increased by 2.8%.The activities of SOD in Lespedeza bicolor and Lespedeza bicolor continued to decline.By the severe stress moisture gradient,they decreased by 4.4%and 65.4%,respectively.Conclusion Under the mild and moderate drought stress,the physiological indexes of Lonicera japonica were relatively stable.Under severe drought,all the indexes of the three plants showed large amplitude.Experiments shaw that the Lonicera maackii has better drought tolerance than the other two shrubs.
