摘要
为了探究趣味性体操教学活动对中学生身心健康的具体影响,运用文献资料法、实验法、测量法、问卷调查法等研究方法,对初中生的身体素质指标以及心理变化情况进行为期八周的动态追踪。研究结果:趣味性体操适合在中学推广;趣味性体操在提升学生身体素质方面有较大作用,尤其是在发展力量素质和灵敏素质方面;在提升锻炼幸福感、降低主观烦恼与疲劳方面明显优于常规体操教学。可见趣味性体操教学能有效提升中学生身心健康水平。
In order to explore how interesting gymnastics teaching activities impact on middle students’physical and mental health,the author applied literature review method,experimental method,measurement method,questionnaire method etc.to the research and tracked students’physical quality indexes and psychology dynamically for eight weeks.The research shows that interesting gymnastics plays an important role in improving students’physical quality,especially in improving their power quality and sensitive quality.Besides,it also has advantages in improving subjective well-being and reducing subjective annoyance as well as subjective fatigue over routine gymnastics teaching.Therefore,interesting gymnastics teaching can improve students’physical and mental health effectively.
