摘要 以石化低参数高危介质泵为应用对象,开展了深槽型干运转机械密封的试验研究,研究结果表明:对于深槽型干运转机械密封,其动压槽形状、槽数、环形槽槽宽以及槽面径向宽比等密封端面结构参数对密封性能均有一定的影响,应进行优化设计;在密封端面几何尺寸、槽数、载荷系数、弹簧比压等参数相同的情况下,直通槽机械密封的密封性能优于斜通槽机械密封的密封性能。 By taking petrochemical low-parameter high risk medium pump as the application object,the experimental study was carried out on dry-running deep-groove mechanical seal.The results show that for dry-running deep-groove mechanical seal,the structure parameters such as the shape,number of its grooves,the width of annular grooves and the radial aspect ratio of groove face all have certain influence on sealing performance,so it should be optimized.In the case of the same parameters such as geometric size,number of grooves,load coefficient,specific spring pressure,the sealing performance of the mechanical seal of straight groove was better than that of the mechanical seal of inclined groove.
