基于大弹簧的介质侧机械密封腔流场数值分析 被引量:1

摘要 在机械密封运转过程中,密封腔内的固体颗粒会影响机械密封密封端面的使用寿命。为了减少密封端面处颗粒的分布数量,运用多重参考系法以及欧拉两相流模型,对机械密封介质侧密封腔内的流场进行数值模拟,考察了弹簧及泵送环对介质侧密封腔内固体颗粒分布和流动速度的影响。数值模拟结果表明,弹簧使颗粒在密封端面处的轴向速度和径向速度都有一定程度的增大,且密封端面处颗粒体积分数有所减小。在大弹簧的基础上,泵送环能够进一步增大密封端面处颗粒的速度并减小体积分数。模拟结果对减少摩擦面的磨损、机械密封的设计和改进具有一定的参考和应用价值。 During the operation of the mechanical seal,the service life of the sealing face was affected by the solid particles in the seal cavity.In order to reduce the particle distribution quantity at the sealing face,the multiple reference frame method and the Euler two-phase flow model were used for medium side of the mechanical seal.The numerical simulation of the flow field in the cavity was carried out to investigate the effect of spring and pumping ring on the distribution and flow velocity of solid particles in the seal cavity on the medium side.The results show that the spring has a certain increase in the axial and radial velocity of the particles at the sealing face and the particle volume fraction reduced at the sealing face.On the basis of large springs,the pumping ring can further increase the velocity of the particles at the sealing face and reduce the volume fraction,which has certain reference and application value for reducing the wear of the friction surface and the design and improvement of the mechanical seal.
