摘要
本文论述通过参加山东理工大学材料创新设计大赛,以培养学生“五有”能力,即有社会责任、有创新精神、有专门知识、有实践能力以及有健康身心,进而提高大学生就业竞争力和社会适应能力,缓解其就业压力。
This paper demonstrated that the Material Innovation Desigin Competition hold by Shandong University of Technology was efficient for cultivating undergraduate students'five'abilities for talents,namely innovative and practical ability,professional knowledge,responsibility and perfect condition of both physical and mental health.Thereby improving their competitive ability of employment and social adaptability,and alleviating the employment pressure.
