摘要
目的分析散克巴滴眼液和晶体操训练在调节性视疲劳治疗中的效果。方法 120例调节性视疲劳患者作为研究对象,随机分为1组、2组和3组,每组40例。1组患者采用晶体操训练进行治疗,2组患者采用散克巴滴眼液进行治疗,3组患者采用晶体操训练联合散克巴滴眼液进行治疗。比较三组患者治疗效果、治疗前后症候评分及治疗前后Schirmer泪液实验结果。结果 1组患者治疗总有效率为为80.00%(32/40),2组患者治疗总有效率为82.50%(33/40),3组患者治疗总有效率为97.50%(39/40)。3组患者治疗总有效率显著高于1组和2组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);1组和2组患者治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,三组患者的症候评分均低于治疗前,且3组患者的症候评分显著低于1组和2组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);1组和2组治疗后的症候评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,三组患者Schirmer泪液实验结果均显著高于治疗前,且3组患者Schirmer泪液实验结果高于1组和2组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。1组和2组患者治疗后Schirmer泪液实验结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论散克巴滴眼液和晶体操训练单独使用虽然均可以有效改善调节性视疲劳患者的临床症状,但两者联合使用可以明显改善视疲劳患者的睫状肌调节功能,对于调节性视疲劳患者的治疗效果更佳,临床使用效果显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of Sankbar eye drops and crystal gymnastics training in the treatment of accommodation asthenopia.Methods A total of 120 patients with accommodation asthenopia as study subjects were randomly divided into group 1,group 2 and group 3,with 40 cases in each group.Group1 was treated by crystal gymnastics training,group 2 was treated by Sankbar eye drops,and group 3 was treated by Sankbar eye drops and crystal gymnastics training.The therapeutic effect,symptom score and Schirmer tear test results before and after treatment was compared among the three groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment was 80.00%(32/40) in group 1,82.50%(33/40) in group 2 and 97.50%(39/40) in group 3.The total effective rate of treatment in group 3 was significantly higher than those in group 1 and group 2,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).But there was no statistically significant difference in total effective rate of treatment between group 1 and group 2(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptom score in three groups was lower than those before treatment,and the symptom score in group 3 was significantly lower than those in group 1 and group 2.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in symptom score between group 1 and group 2(P>0.05).After treatment,the Schirmer tear test results in three groups was significantly higher than those before treatment,and the Schirmer tear test results in group3 was higher than those in group 1 and group 2.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in Schirmer tear test results after treatment between group 1 and group2(P>0.05).Conclusion Both Sankbar eye drops and crystal gymnastics training can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with accommodation asthenopia,but their combination shows better therapeutic effect,and it can significantly improve the ciliary muscle regulation function of the patients with
