摘要
介绍了页岩气压裂液体系的研究进展情况,优选丙烯酰胺(AM)和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为单体,通过反相乳液法合成了新型降阻剂,研发了一种新型页岩气滑溜水压裂液体系,并通过溶解性、降阻率、表面张力、防膨率、岩心伤害及配伍性测试对制备的滑溜水压裂液体系的各项性能进行了实验室评价,试验结果表明:该体系降阻率达到70%,防膨胀率81.5%,岩心伤害低于10%。现场应用表明:该压裂液体系具有摩阻低、防膨效果好等特点,有效地降低了压裂液摩阻,具有较高的推广应用价值。
The research progress of shale gas fracturing fluid system is introduced.Acrylamide(AM)and 2-acrylamide-2-methylpro panesulfonic acid(AMPS)are selected as monomers,and a new type of drag reducer is synthesized by inverse emulsion polymerization.A new type of slick water fracturing fluid system for shale gas is then developed,and the properties of the system have been evaluated by solubility,drag reduction rate,surface tension,anti-swelling rate,core damage and compatibility tests.The results show that the drag reduction rate of the system is 70%,the anti-swelling rate is 81.5%,and the core damage is less than 10%.The field application shows that the fracturing fluid system has the characteristics of low friction and good anti-swelling effect,which effectively reduces the friction of the fracturing fluid and has a high application value.
