摘要
对比分析了汞离子检测方法的优缺点,指出罗丹明作为重要的荧光染料,具有荧光性能好、毒性小、价格低廉等优点,是设计荧光化学传感器的较优选择。介绍了荧光化学传感器的基本组成和工作原理,综述了近几年用于检测汞离子的荧光化学传感器的研究进展,重点分析了基于罗丹明及其衍生物结构的汞离子荧光化学传感器的分子结构、应用性能及设计难点,提出未来研发方向是制备一种制备方法简单、成本低、检测灵敏度高、选择性好、能在水相介质中完成实时检测的荧光化学传感器。
The advantages and disadvantages of mercury ion detection method are compared and analyzed.It is pointed out that rhodamine,uesd as an important fluorescent dye,has the advantages of good fluorescent performance,low toxicity,low price and so on,which is a better choice for the design of fluorescent chemosensor.The basic composition and working principle of fluorescent chemosensor are introduced.The research progress of fluorescent chemosensors for detecting mercury ions in recent years is reviewed.The molecular structure,application performance and design difficulties of mercury ion fluorescent chemosensor based on rhodamine and its derivatives are analyzed.It is pointed out that the research and development direction is to prepare a kind of fluorescent chemosensor with simple preparation method,low cost,high detection sensitivity,good selectivity and real-time detection in aqueous medium.
