摘要
采用湿法消解处理样品,利用双通道原子荧光光谱法测定海藻泥中的总硒及无机硒的含量。讨论了各种对测定有影响的因素.并优化了分析条件。在最佳实验条件下,Se的检出限为0.2410ng/mL,此方法快速、简便、准确且灵敏度高,为海藻中硒含量测定提供了较好的方法。
Seaweed mud was treated by wet digestion and the content of total selenium and inorganic selenium were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. All working conditions that could influence the experiment were discussed and the analytical conditions were optimized. Under the optimum experimental conditions,the detection limit of Se was 0. 2410ng/mL. This method is fast, simple, accurate and sensitive for the determination of selenium content in seaweed mud.
