摘要
针对地基数据采集平台研制中的精密测控需求设计了整体测控方案,分别从精密步进控制、精密位置测量、姿态测量3个关键技术环节进行了理论分析,组建了完整的伺服系统硬件结构,设计了步进控制算法。采用全站仪和摄影测量系统分别进行平台位置和姿态测量,开发了基于主控机的智能测量程序,通过专项实验进行精度检测,结果表明,步进系统误差能达到0.5 mm以内,位置测量均方误差在0.2 mm以内,姿态测量均方误差在0.3 mm,能够满足平台研制对精密步进和位置姿态测量的要求。该种精密测控方法能够广泛应用于各类型地基数据采集平台的研制和精度检定,有较高的实用价值。
the precise measurement and control in the development of ground-based data acquisition platform is studied. The precise step-by-step control and precise position and attitude measurement are designed respectively. A complete hardware structure of the servo system is established and the step-by-step control algorithm is designed. Platform position and attitude are measured by total station and photogrammetric system respectively. An intelligent measurement program based on master computer is developed. A special experiment is designed for precision detection. The results show that the error of stepping system can reach 0.5 mm, the error of position measurement is within 0.2 mm, and the mean square error of attitude measurement is within 0.3 mm. This precision measurement and control method can be widely used in the development and precision verification of various types of ground-based data acquisition platforms, and has high practical value.
