摘要 针对某型轻质、小型化位置伺服系统,设计了一种直线力加载测控平台,不仅能对位置伺服系统进行精确力加载,同时还能测试位置伺服系统在高速、高推力的情况下的输出精度和抗扰动性能。简要介绍了加载台的结构组成及控制策略,重点介绍了测控系统的软、硬件实现。加载台采用滚珠丝杠作为力转换机构,相较于传统的摆杆机构减少了多余力矩的产生。实验结果表明,本系统在低频加载时对多余力矩的抑制率到达95%以上,完全能满足测试需求。测控系统采用NI公司的PXI平台和实时控制器,确保了系统的可靠性和实时性。 For a certain type of lightweight,miniaturization of position servo system,we designed a linear force load measurement and control system.It not only loading accurately,and can also test it output precision and disturbanceresistant performance of high speed and high thrust.This article briefly introduces the structure of the loading machine and control strategy,focus on hardware and software implementation of the measurement and control system.The loading machine using ball screw as force transformation mechanism,compared with the traditional rocker mechanism to reduce the production of surplus torque.The measurement and control system using NI PXI platform and real-time controller,to ensure the reliability and real-time performance of the system.
