摘要
目的建立花生衣中原花青素A-1含量测定的分析方法,并对前处理过程进行分步优化。方法考察不同的提取溶剂、提取方法及净化条件对样品测定的影响。结果所选方法线性关系、精密度、重复性良好,可获得较好的回收率。结论该方法灵敏准确,可用于花生衣中原花青素A-1的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE An analysis method was developed to determine ProanthoCyanidinsA-1 in Peanut testa and the influence of the pretreatment techniques was dicussed.METHODS The influences of different extraction solvent,extraction method and Purification conditions on the recorery were analyzed.RESULTS Sample was extracted with acetone and the extract was further purified through a silica column chromatography.The recoreries were good by the pretreatment techniques.CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate.It can be used for determination of Peanut testa.
