摘要
为贯彻"以就业质量促进培养质量"的人才培养理念,我们委托第三方教育管理数据咨询与教育质量评估机构对我校2016届中医学专业毕业生的社会需求与培养质量进行跟踪调查,在人才培养结果、就业质量分析、中医学人才培养过程分析等方面进行研究,着重反馈信息有效地应用,结合教学计划的各个环节改进,提高人才培养质量。
To implement the education idea the "employment quality promoting training quality" concept of talent training,"centered on students learning outcomes" The social demand and training quality tracking for 2016 medical graduates in our university were surveyed by a third party education management and date consultation and education quality evaluation organization,which focus on talent training,employment quality analysis,analysis of traditional Chinese medicine personnel training process,emphatically feedback information effectively application,combining with the teaching plan of each link to improve,improve the quality of personnel training.
