摘要
贫困生认定是高校资助工作的首要任务和关键环节.现行的认定方法存在诸多问题与弊端.针对现存的问题,从完善量化内容、合理制定量化分值、规范认定流程等方面进行研究与实践,以期探索出一种主观与客观相统一、定量与定性相结合的贫困生认定新方法,不断推动高校资助工作向科学化、公平化和精准化迈进.
The identification of college students in economic need is the primary task and key link of the university funding work,but there are many problems and drawbacks in the current method of identification.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a new method for identifying the college students who are in economic need by overall consideration of both the subjective and the objective,the quantitative and the qualitative factors to promote the funding work in colleges to be scientific,fair,and precise guided by dialectical and innovative thinking.
