摘要
我国高速铁路主要以无砟轨道为主,相比有砟轨道具有较为稳定、耐久、平顺性高、维修率低等特点。基于此,本文分析了CRTSⅢ型先张法预应力混凝土轨道板结构,以及对智能制造工位组成功能实现智能制造技术进行阐述,从而确保轨道板的质量、提高生产效率,为高铁轨道板智能化生产提供有力的技术支撑。
The high-speed railway in China is mainly unballasted track,which is more stable,durable and smooth than ballasted track.In view of this,this paper analyzes the structure of CRTSⅢpre-tensioned prestressed concrete track slab and expounds the intelligent manufacturing technology to realize the composition function of intelligent manufacturing station,so as to ensure the quality of track plate,improve the production efficiency and provide powerful technical support for the intelligent production of high-speed rail slab.
