摘要
本文根据唐曹铁路项目的工程施工特点,针对目前桥上新建双线铁路有砟轨道500 m长钢轨铺设施工技术的现状和存在的问题,对其进行优化分析,改进了500 m长钢轨铺设施工方法,提出了Ⅰ线采用换铺法、Ⅱ线采用人工配合机械铺设的理念.且针对Ⅰ线的施工特点,对Ⅰ线临时非标准轨排的配置进行了统计分析,便于轨排的快速组合安装;根据Ⅱ线的施工特点,研制了一套“长钢轨辅助拨轨作业头装置”,配合轨道车和可操控的机械臂,可高效、安全地完成拨轨入槽,与传统的纯人工直铺法进行比较,优势显著.500 m长钢轨铺设技术成功应用于唐曹铁路项目,在提高工效、降低安全风险、减少用工量、节省成本等方面取得了显著成效,以期为同类工程提供参考和借鉴.
According to the engineering characteristics of the Tang-Cao Railway Project,and aiming at the cunent situation and problems of the 500 m long rail laying technology for the newly-built double-track railway on the bridge,the paper optimized and analyzed them,improved the construction method for 500 m long rail laying,and proposed the idea about the rail chatting method for Line Ⅰ and the manual matching mechanical laying method for Line Ⅱ.In addition,statistical analysis of the configuration of the temporary non-standard rails of Line Ⅰ for easily combined installation was carried out in view of the construction characteristics of Line Ⅰ.According to the construction characteristics of Line Ⅱ,"long rail auxiliary shifting head device"was developed.With the railcar,the manipulator arm could be used to efficiently and safely complete the dialing,it had significant advantages compared with the traditional pure artificial laying method.This technology has made remarkable achievements in improving work efficiency,reducing safety risks,cutting down labour and saving costs,so it can provide some reference for similar projects.
