摘要
涡旋盘结构参数影响涡旋压缩机所受气体力的大小。本文通过建立涡旋盘所受的气体力数学模型,选取切向气体力Ft、径向气体力Fr、轴向气体力Fa及其标准偏差为分析目标,以试验研究分析气体力与结构参数的影响关系,为减少自转机构与动涡旋盘间的摩擦力,建立基于考虑气体力作用下主传动系统动平衡及涡旋压缩机结构参数优化拓展了思路。
The structure parameters of the scroll affect the gas force of the scroll compressor.This paper analyzed the mathematical model of the gas force of the scroll.The tangential gas force Ft,the radial gas force Fr,the axial gas force Fa and their standard deviation are selected as the optimization objectives.The research in this paper extends the idea of reducing the friction between the rotating mechanism and the dynamic scroll,establishing the dynamic balance of the main drive system and optimizing the structural parameters of the scroll compressor based on the con?sideration of the gas force.
