摘要
自陶瓷过滤机在矿山生产中广泛投入使用后,过滤物料水分大幅下降,但对于细度较高的粘性物料,且由于受空间限制只能使用真空切换式的陶瓷过滤机过滤物料时,水分仍然偏高,主要原因为真空切换式过滤器在大气阀关闭时,真空压力明显降低,使陶瓷过滤机在低真空下工作,影响过滤效果,造成水分偏高。通过对真空式过滤器损失真空压力的原理分析,由真空切换式技改为副泵自吸式,做到过滤机始终在0.08MPa以上真空压力下工作,提高了陶瓷过滤机工作效率,经过生产实践,物料水分降低3%~6%。
Since ceramic filters have been widely used in mine production,the moisture content of filter materials has decreased greatly,but for viscous materials with higher fineness,the main reason is that when the vacuum switching type air valve closes,the vacuum pressure decreases significantly,which makes the ceramic filter work in low vacuum,affects the filtering effect and results in higher water content.Through the analysis of the principle of vacuum pressure loss,the vacuum switching technology is changed to the self-priming sub-pump,so that the filter always works under the vacuum pressure above 0.08 MPa,and the working efficiency of the ceramic filter is improved.Through the production practice,the moisture content of the material is reduced by 3%~6%.
