摘要
都龙矿区新田选矿车间所生产的锡富中矿粒度细、含泥高,-0.037mm含量占88. 11%;其中-0.01mm含量高达24. 39%,主要成分为二氧化硅、三氧化二铝、氧化钙和氧化镁等泥质非金属矿物,属于高泥微细粒难过滤物料。针对该物料进行了立式压滤机参数试验,探索出了适合高泥型微细粒锡富中矿的操作参数,实现了立式压滤机在高泥锡富中矿的生产应用。
Tin rich medium ore produced by Xintian ore dressing workshop in Dulong mining area has fine size、muddy height,the content of-0.037mm was 88.11%;the content of-0.01mm is as high as 24.39%,the main components are silica,aluminium oxide,calcium oxide and magnesium oxide,it belongs to high mud and fine-grained filter material.Parameter test of vertical filter press was carried out for this material,operating parameters suitable for high mud tin rich medium ore have been explored,the application of vertical filter press in the production of high mud tin rich medium ore has been realized.
