摘要
针对中国民营企业拖欠农民工工资、童工、矿难、环境污染等等问题,提出民营企业应提高社会责任感,处理好自己与员工、社会之间的关系,在分析社会现象基础上,构建模型,对民营企业社会责任的战略定位、员工满意度及绩效研究。利用调查问卷,选取省内一些民营作为调查对象开展问卷调查,并借助统计分析软件SPSS21.0进行数据相关分析及回归分析,并进行了假设检验,研究结果表明,民营企业的战略地位、员工满意度、绩效三者相互影响,息息相关。
The frequent occurrence of wage arrears of migrant workers,child labor,mine disasters and environmental pollution problems in private enterprises in China is closely related to the lack of social responsibility in such enterprises.Based on the abovementioned social phenomena,private enterprises should improve their sense of social responsibility and better balance the relationship between their employees and the society.After summarizing the domestic literatures,a model is built to study the relation between social responsibility,employee satisfaction and business performance.A set of questionnaires is designed and some employees of private enterprises in local province are selected to answer these questionnaires.The result is statistical analyzed using SPSS 21.0 for data correlation analysis,regression analysis and further hypothesis testing in order to verify the relationship between social responsibility,employee satisfaction and company performance of private enterprises.
