摘要
文章以壳聚糖(CTS)、蒙脱土(MMT)为原料进行复合改性制得糖用CTS/MMT复合澄清剂,通过扫描电镜、红外光谱、X射线衍射和热重仪对其结构进行表征,证明壳聚糖已成功负载于蒙脱土表面。将其应用于糖汁脱色中,分别以添加量、时间、温度、pH为变量,研究在不同条件下糖汁色值的变化规律,结果表明:在浓度为15%、50mL的糖汁中,添加CTS/MMT澄清剂0.5g、吸附时间40min、温度50℃、糖汁pH值为5时,脱色率最高可达到92%。
CTS/MMT compound clarifier for sugar is prepared from chitosan(CTS)and montmorillonite(MMT).Its structure is characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),infrared spectroscopy(IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and thermogravimetry(TG).It is proved that chitosan has been successfully loaded on the surface of montmorillonite.It is applied for decolorization of sugar juice.The change of color value of sugar juice under different conditions is studied by taking the additive amount,time,temperature and pH as the variables.The results show that the decolorization rate could reach 92% when the concentration is 15%and sugar juice is 50 mL,the additive amount of CTS/MMT clarifier is 0.5 g,the adsorption time is 40 min,the temperature is 50℃,and the pH value of the sugar juice is 5.
