壳聚糖基杂化功能材料制备新进展

摘要 壳聚糖是生物可降解聚阳离子多糖,自然界产量仅次于纤维素,属于第二大可再生资源,具有天然的生物活性、生物相容性、易降解、抗菌、无毒等众多独特的性质。随着人们对生物、医药、卫生等领域使用天然生物共聚物材料适用性巨大的意识及对材料性能要求的提高,壳聚糖为基础的生物杂化功能材料引起了人们广泛的关注。综述了近年来壳聚糖系杂化生物功能材料的研究进展情况,介绍目前一些主要制备方法。在此基础上,对壳聚糖基生物杂化功能材料的研究前景进行展望。 Chitosan is a biodegradable polycationic polysaccharides, abundance in natural , and it is the second largest renewable resource only next to cellulose,with natural biological activity, biocompatibility, readily biodegradable, antibacterial, non - toxic, and many other unique properties. With the huge awareness of biology, medicine, health and other areas of the applicability of the use of natural bio - copolymer materials and improvement of performance requirements for material, chitosan - based bio - hybrid functional materials were widely concerned. Recent research of chitosan hybrid biomaterials were described in this paper, particuliarly,the major current methods of preparation were introduced. Fininaly Research prospects of the chitosan - based hybrid biomaterials was presented.
