摘要
分析指出了大数据时代高职院校图书馆员应具备的新的关键职业能力是敏感的数据意识、扎实的数据知识、熟练的数据技能、个性化服务能力,提出大数据背景下高职院校图书馆员关键职业能力提升的基本路径为:转变馆员服务理念,增强馆员数据服务意识;更新馆员知识结构,培养馆员数据处理能力;完善馆员选拔制度,优化馆员结构;完善馆员培养机制,鼓励馆员终身学习发展;扩大馆际交流学习,构建馆员合作共享平台。
The new requirements for the key professional abilities of librarians in higher vocational colleges in the big data era are analyzed, including sensitive data awareness, solid data knowledge, good data skills and personalized service capability. Then, the promotion strategies and paths of librarians’ key professional abilities in higher vocational college are put forward: changing the concept of librarians’ service and enhancing librarians’ awareness of data service;renewing the knowledge structure of librarians and training their data processing ability;perfecting the selection system of librarians and optimizing the structure of librarians;perfecting the mechanism of librarian training and serving the development of librarians’ lifelong learning;expanding interlibrary communication and learning, and constructing a cooperative and sharing platform for librarians.
