摘要
图书馆馆员的职业能力对于图书馆的发展起着至关重要的作用,大数据时代的到来对图书馆馆员的职业能力提出了新的要求。从图书馆馆员职业能力这一概念入手,指出了当前图书馆馆员职业能力方面的不足,阐明了大数据时代馆员应具备的职业能力,并从图书馆与馆员两方面分析了图书馆馆员提升职业能力的途径。
Librarian＇s professional ability plays an important role in the development of library. The arrival of big data era puts forward new requirements for librarians＇ professional ability. From the concept of Librarians＇ occupation ability, this paper pointed out the existing deficiencies, and analyzed the path to improve the occupation ability of librarian from library and librarian.
