摘要
目的:研究背阔肌带蒂皮瓣转瓣术在乳腺癌术后修复重建中的应用效果。方法:选择2017年3月-2018年3月医院接受的乳腺癌手术患者80例,随机分成对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采取常规保乳手术治疗,观察组在常规保乳手术的基础上采用背阔肌带蒂皮瓣转瓣术治疗。比较两组乳房修复重建美容效果及对乳房修复重建的满意度。结果:观察组和对照组优良率分别为70.00%和35.00%,观察组优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组总满意度分别为85.00%和50.00%,观察组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌手术后采用背阔肌带蒂皮瓣转瓣术对乳房进行术后修复重建能够有效覆盖创面,提高乳房修复重建效果及患者满意度,有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective:To study the effect of transposition operation of latissimus dorsi pedicled flap in postoperative repair and reconstruction of breast cancer.Method:From March 2017 to March 2018,80 cases with breast cancer operation admitted to the hospital,and patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine breast conserving operation,while the observation group was treated with transposition operation of latissimus dorsi pedicled flap on the basis of routine breast conserving operation.The cosmetic effect of breast repair and reconstruction and satisfaction of breast repair and reconstruction were compared between the two groups.Result:The excellent and good rates in the observation group and the control group were 70.00%and 35.00%respectively,and the excellent and good rates in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group and the control group were 85.00%and 50.00%respectively,and the total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Repair and reconstruction of breast with transposition operation of latissimus dorsi pedicled flap after breast cancer operation can effectively cover the wound,improve the effect of breast repair and reconstruction,and improve the satisfaction of patients.It has high clinical application value.
