摘要
分析了河钢宣钢生产的Φ20~70 mm圆钢的表面及剪切端面裂纹产生的原因,并制定了一系列针对性的预防及解决措施。对圆钢表面及端面开裂试样的断口形貌、组织、裂纹深度和长度等进行分析后,认为组织偏析、铸坯夹杂、铸坯气泡、表面折叠、划伤等是导致表面(端面)开裂的主要原因。通过提高剪切温度、优化孔型、解决划伤问题等措施,圆钢裂纹得到有效控制。
The causes of cracks on the surface and shear end face ofΦ20~70 mm round steel produced in Xuansteel are analyzed,and a series of targeted prevention and solution measures are formulated.Based on the analysis of the fracture morphology,structure,crack depth and length of the surface and end face cracking samples of round steel,it is considered that the main causes of the surface(end face)cracking are the structure segregation,billet inclusion,billet bubble,surface fold and scratch.Through improving the shear temperature,optimizing the pass and solving the scratch problem,the crack of round steel can be effectively controlled.
