摘要
莱钢转炉优钢投产后,特钢厂轧材区域的产能得到极大的释放,因此小型车间的生产规格由12~35mm延伸到12~55mm规格,与此同时钢材在剪切过程中出现了端部剪切裂纹这种新的缺陷,影响了出厂产品实物质量。从裂纹的形成方面着手,通过对冷床及剪切工艺制度进行优化,提出了改进措施,有效杜绝了剪切裂纹的出现,促进了优钢质量提升。
After putting converter steel into practice,the capacity for rolling region of special steel plant has been greatly released,so production specifications of the small workshop have been extended from 12-35 mm to 12-55mm.And at the same time,a new defect of end shear crack during shearing process will appear,affecting the physical quality of manufactured products.Start from the formation of crack and optimize the cooling bed and shear process system,measures to effectively prevent the emergence of a shear cracks were put forward and the excellent quality of steel was promoted.
