摘要
造纸工业是典型的流程工业,同时兼具高污染、高能耗和生成过程复杂、能源管控难度大等特点。研究目的主要在于希望通过对造纸工业典型流程作业中的几个环节进行分析,展示MES技术对生活用纸生产企业生产过程中的精细化管理。结果显示:通过MES技术进行数据波动分析能够查清造成生产加工流程能量损失的原因,从而进行有针对性的管理;进行生产过程故障诊断能够帮助管理者确定最合理的电流数据,保持最佳用电能耗;进行生产、数据对比能够有效降低设备传动能耗、节约成本;进行生产设备检测能够通过数据协同的方式,实现某些不能直接检测设备的有效管理。
Paper industry is a typical process industry,but also has the characteristics of high pollution,high energy consumption,complex generation process,difficult energy control and so on.The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the refined management of household paper production enterprises by MES technology through the analysis of several links in typical process operations in the paper industry.The results showed that data fluctuation analysis by MES technology could identify the cause of energy loss in production and processing processes,so as to carry out targeted management.Fault diagnosis in production process can help managers determine the most reasonable current data and maintain the best energy consumption.The comparison of production and data can effectively reduce equipment transmission energy consumption and save cost;Conduct production equipment testing to be able to pass the data collaborative way to achieve some of the equipment can not directly detect effective management.
