摘要
检察官业绩考核制度是检察机关司法责任制改革的重要配套制度之一,但目前还在探索构建中,还缺乏权威性的顶层设计。对检察官的业绩考核要以办案业绩为主,同时也要兼顾其他工作业绩。对工作业绩的评价,要综合考虑承办工作的数量、质量、效率、效果。要根据检察机关不同类别、不同形式的办案工作实际,按照一定权重合理设置考核指标体系,确保考核结果的公平、公正。
The performance appraisal system of prosecutors is one of the important supporting systems in the reform of the judicial responsibility system of procuratorial organs.However,it is still in the process of exploration and construction,and lacks the authoritative top-level design.The performance evaluation of prosecutors should give priority to the performance of handling cases,and also take other performance into account.The quantity,quality,efficiency and effect of the undertaking work should be considered comprehensively in the evaluation of the work performance.In order to ensure the fairness and impartiality of the assessment results,we should set up a reasonable assessment index system in accordance with a certain weight and the actual situation of different types and forms of case handling work of the procuratorial organs.
