摘要
目的探讨航空医疗转运过程中危重患者的安全管理。方法分析航空医疗转运主要安全问题、根据患者病情做好转运前的协调与评估、制订航空转运协调核查表、明确医护人员转运流程等。结果3例危重患者均安全转运,未发生紧急和意外情况,平均住院日6.5 d。结论规范的航空医疗转运流程及严格的管理制度和统一协调指挥及各部门间的密切配合是医疗航空转运成功的关键。
Objective To explore the effect of safety management for critical patients in aviation medical transfer.Methods The safety problems of air medical transport were analyzed,the situation of patients before transport were coordinated and evaluated,the checklist of air transport coordination were formulated,and the process of medical personnel transport were defined,et al.Results The average hospital stay of three critical patients were 6.5 d and safely transferred,no emergency or accident occured.Conclusion Standardized air medical rescue transfer process and strict management system,unified coordination and command and close cooperation between departments are the key to the success of air medical transfer.
