摘要
科技自主创新是我国地区经济转型升级的一条必经之路,同时也是可持续发展的主要基石.私募股权投资(包括狭义私募股权投资、风险投资)作为新型的融资手段,为各行业研究与开发资本的募集提供了重要的动力,但仍处于发展阶段的私募股权投资如何能更好地促进地区科技创新是我国急需解决的问题.本文以2009-2016年为研究区间,科学构建地区科技创新综合评价体系并对我国主要经济地区科技创新进行评价;结合私募股权投资和风险投资额,对私募股权投资在我国广东、江苏、浙江、北京、上海等主要经济地区科技创新能力的影响进行面板数据分析,利用OLS回归得出回归模型.结果显示:创新环境是衡量地区科技创新能力的最佳因素;相比私募股权投资,风险投资对地区科技创新能力的影响更加显著,而且这种影响不存在滞后性;文章在最后提出针对各主要地区科技创新发展水平,改善私募股权投资规模和比例以提高地区科技创新能力的有关建议.
Independent innovation in science and technology is the inevitable road to the transformation and upgrading of China’s regional economies,and it is also the main cornerstone of sustainable development.Private equity investment(including the narrow sense private equity investment and venture capital)as a new financing means provides an important impetus for the raising of research and development capital for various industries,but,how to utilize private equity investmen t which is still in the development stage to promote regional scientific and technological innovation is still an urgent problem to be solved in China.This paper takes 2009-2016 as the research interval,scientifically constructs a comprehensive evaluatio n system for regional science and technology innovation and evaluates the scientific and technological innovations in major economic regions of China(Guangdong,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Beijing and Shanghai).The impact of scientific and technological innovatio n capabilities in the major economic regions is analyzed by panel data,and regression models are obtained using OLS regression.The results show that the innovation environment is the best factor to measure the ability of regional science and technology i nnovation;compared with private equity investment,the impact of venture capital on regional science and technology innovation capability is more significant,and there is no lag effect.Finally suggestions are advanced on the improvement of the scale and proportion of private equity investment to improve the technological innovation capability of the regions in light of their current status.
