摘要
高校教师承担了“以本为本”的责任,在调研中教师硬实力(即学历和专业知识等方面)一般都能够符合要求,但软实力明显存在问题,经过访谈和调研,归纳出基层教学组织教学软实力存在五个方面的不足,并针对性地提出如何提升五种能力。对基层教学组织建设的方向和路径提供参考。
College teachers bear the responsibility of"based on foundations".In the investigation and research,teachers'strong strength(that is,academic qualifications and professional knowledge)can generally meet the requirements,but there are obvious problems in soft power.After interviews and research,this paper sums up the shortcomings of the teaching soft power of grass-roots teaching organizations in five aspects,and puts forward how to improve the five abilities.This provides a reference for the direction and path of the construction of grass-roots teaching organizations.
