摘要
在燃煤电厂烟气脱硝技术中,SCR催化剂用量占比为90%以上,失活废催化剂每年可能达到30万m3,对废催化剂进行处理具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。本文主要研究了基于微波氨溶液对SCR废旧催化剂进行处理的技术;该技术通过设计公斤级废催化剂微波氨溶反应釜、摸索微波氨溶工艺,选择合适参数对废催化剂进行处理。试验获得的固体样本检测分析结果表明,微波氨溶液方法处理废SCR催化剂具有较好效果。
In the flue gas denitrification technology of coal-fired power plant,SCR catalyst accounts for more than 90%,and the deactivation of dead catalyst may reach 300,000 m3 per year,which has good economic and social benefits to the treatment of waste catalyzer.In this paper,the technology of treating SCR waste catalyst based on microwave ammonia neutralization is mainly studied.By designing the reactor of microwave ammonia dissolving of kilogram grade waste catalyst and exploring the process of microwave ammonia dissolving,the appropriate parameters are selected to treat the waste catalyst.The results of solid sample analysis show that the microwave ammonia neutralization method is effective in the treatment of waste SCR catalyst.
