摘要
近几年来环境、健康与安全(EHS)安全管理体系在中国科研界倍受关注,但尚无成熟的EHS机制和从业人员,诸多安全政策文件难以落地实践。国内某大型仪器平台发展了一种自主构建EHS硬件系统的思路:首先广泛调研国际先进EHS资料和本国政策型资料,提炼出场所建设和防护设施的基本框架;然后详细讨论标识系统、实验室布局、工程防护、个人防护、应急设施等议题;最后根据实验室特点和实验类型,填充与化学安全、生物安全、激光安全等专项安全相关的细节。该平台据此建设的EHS硬件系统,实现了国际先进EHS体系的本土化。
In recent years,the EHS culture has attracted special attentions in Chinese academia. However,due to lack of a complete EHS system and specialists,safety regulations are rarely transferred into EHS practice. A core facility lab in China has developed a practical workflow to construct EHS hardware based on inadequate resources. The first step was reviewing international EHS documents and domestic safety regulations. Documents suggested two fundamental categories of EHS hardware,the facility and protective equipment. Details of more classified topics were then discussed,including labeling/tags,lab layout,engineering protective equipment,personal protective equipment and emergency equipment. At last,chemical,biological,laser and other specialized safety hardware were examined. Based on this 3-step workflow,localization of the cutting-edge EHS hardware system was achieved in this lab.
