摘要
设计了二硫化钼纳米片的合成、表征及光催化性能的研究型实验。以钼酸钠和硫脲为原料,硅钨酸、四丁基溴化铵、草酸为添加剂,采用水热法制备了光催化剂二硫化钼纳米片。运用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪等方法对制备的样品进行了表征和分析,通过光催化性能测试研究制备条件对催化性能的影响。设计实验将材料合成技术、材料表征、催化性能测试等专业知识贯穿起来,培养材料化学专业学生的科研探索精神与创新思维,促进学生专业能力的提高。
A research-oriented experiment on the synthesis,characterization and photo-catalytic property of molybdenum disulfide is designed. In the process of the experiment,sodium molybdate and sulfourea are taken as main materials by adding silicotungstic acid,tetrabutylammonium bromide and oxalic acid as additive. Molybdenum disulfide nanosheet is prepared by hydrothermal method. The students conduct the experiment and use the scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction( XRD) to characterize and analyze the samples independently. The effect of the preparation condition of samples on the catalytic performance is studied. The experiment integrates the knowledge on material synthesis technology,material characterization and catalytic performance test. This experimental mode can effectively help to cultivate students’ innovative thinking ability and exploratory spirit.
