基于泥质的污泥脱水策略与数学模型构建研究 被引量:2

Construction of dewatering strategies and mathematic model from sludge based on sludge characteristics

摘要 本研究以无锡市A2O-MBR(Anaeroxic Anoxic Oxic-Membrane Bio-Reactor,A2O-MBR)工艺、CAST(Cyclic Activated Sludge System,CAST)工艺和氧化沟工艺3种不同工艺的污泥泥质为对象,通过试验测定7种污泥泥质参数,分析不同污泥泥质参数间相关性.并通过主成分分析发现含固率、胞外聚合物(Extracellular Polymeric Substances,EPS)蛋白质和多糖是影响污泥脱水性能的主要因素.通过均匀设计实验探究不同药剂投配比对污泥毛细吸水时间及有机物含量的影响,并采用统计分析软件(Statistical Product and Service Solutions,SPSS)构建污泥脱水药剂线性回归模型,得到线性方程:含固率=2.5049-0.0261X1-2.28×10^-3X2;有机物=40.5728-0.1894X1+0.2264X2.通过验证试验发现,此线性方程残差低于3.0,可用于指导实际工程中药剂投配比. The sludge characteristics produced by Anaeroxic Anoxic Oxic-Membrane Bio-Reactor(A2O-MBR)process, Cyclic Activated Sludge System(CAST)process and oxidation ditch process in WUXI were measured to investigate the correlations of each sludge parameter in this study. It is found that the solid content, Extracellular Polymeric Substances(EPS)protein and polysaccharide contents were the main factors affecting the performance of sludge dewatering process by principal component analysis. Based on the uniform design experiment, the sludge CST and organic matter contentwere noticed remarkably influenced by the different dosage ratios of different conditioners. Furthermore, the linear regression model according to Statistical Product and Service Solutions(SPSS)analysis was finally constructed as follows: Solid Content=2.5049-0.0261X1-2.28×10^-3X2;Organic matter content=40.5728-0.1894X1+0.2264X2. Through the verification test, it is found that the residuals of linear equation was less than 3.0,which was suitable to utilize for engineering practice.
