摘要
通过对污泥比阻、泥饼含水率、沉降性能和絮体形态等指标的观测,考察了壳聚糖和溶菌酶联用对活性污泥脱水性能的影响。结果表明,壳聚糖和溶菌酶联用时,以先投加壳聚糖后投加溶菌酶的联用效果最好;壳聚糖和溶菌酶的最佳投加量分别为0.01和0.10 g/g TS,在此条件下,与壳聚糖单独调理相比,联用调理可将泥饼含水率进一步降低约7%,比阻降低约20%。通过对比调理前后的污泥显微照片和二维分形维数发现,联用调理后的污泥絮体变得大而密实,表面和内部结合水被释放,从而有效提高了污泥的脱水性能。
The effect of chitosan and lysozyme treatment on sludge dewaterability were evaluated through measurement of specific resistance to filtration (SRF), moisture content of cake, settleability and identification of floc morphological change. The results indicated that when chitosan and lysozyme were simultaneously used, the dewaterability of sludge pretreated by chitosan first and then by lysozyme was better than that of sludge treated by lysozyme first. The best dosages of chitosan and lysozyme were 0. 01 g/gTS and 0.10 g/gTS respectively, which resulted in that the moisture content of cake and SRF decreased by 7% and 20% respectively compared with the sludge treated by chitosan alone. Microscopy and fractal dimension analysis showed that the structure of the sludge floc became larger and compacter after treated by chitosan and lysozyme together, and the external and internal bound water were released. Thus the sludge dewaterability was improved effectively.
