摘要
以Bilibili弹幕视频网站中13个热门视频的弹幕作为样本,利用内容分析法探究网络视频网站中用户使用弹幕的行为及其动机。结果表明,用户使用弹幕的行为包含13种,动机主要有三大需求,其使用频率从高到低依次是自我表达需求、环境需求和自我满足需求。建议在网络学习内容中增添富含互动性、趣味性、认同感的弹幕元素,以促进学习者的积极性。
This paper takes the barrage of 13 popular videos in the Bilibili barrage video website as a sample and uses content analysis to explore the behavior and motivation of users using barrage on online video sites. The results show that there are 13 kinds of behaviors of users using the barrage and three main motivations. The frequency of using them from high to low is self-expression demand,environmental demand and self-satisfaction demand. It is recommended that online learning content can add such barrage elements as interactivity,enjoyment,and identity to promote the enthusiasm of learners.
