摘要
YS1井双塔络合铁脱硫工艺投运之前,在国内油气田工业应用案例中,络合铁脱硫剂运行硫容最高0.4g/L,若要进一步提高络合铁脱硫工艺应用规模,降低能耗,需要进一步提高运行硫容。为了掌握高硫容药剂在天然气脱硫净化应用中的优缺点及适用性,为下一步彭州海相气田规模开发的脱硫药剂应用提供理论依据,YS1井先后开展了1.0g/L、1.5g/L高硫容脱硫剂工业化试验,该试验得出了高硫容脱硫剂一系列的应用评价。
Prior to the implementation of the dual-tower complex iron desulfurization process in YS1 well,in domestic oil and gas field industrial application cases,the operating sulfur capacity of the complex iron desulfurizer is up to 0.4 g/L. In order to further improve the application scale of the complex iron desulfurization process and reduce energy consumption,it is necessary to further improve the operating sulfur capacity.In order to grasp the advantages,disadvantages and applicability of high-sulfur capacity desulfurizer in the application of natural gas desulfurization and purification,and to provide theoretical basis for the application of desulfurizer developed on the scale of Pengzhou marine facies gas field,YS1 well successively carried out industrial tests of high-sulfur capacity desulfurizer of 1.0 g/L and 1.5 g/L,which obtained a series of application evaluations of high-sulfur capacity desulfurizer.
