摘要
为实现农业经济与资源环境的协调发展提供参考,运用DEA-Malmquist指数模型对山东省2008-2017年的农业生态效率进行分析,并在此基础上提出发展对策。结果表明:山东省农业生态效率总体呈"W"走势,各地区间的农业生态效率存在不均衡发展;技术进步指数对农业生态效率提升贡献最大,是农业生态效率提高的主要因素;综合技术效率指数、纯技术效率指数和规模效率指数对农业生态效率有待进一步提升;17个市的投入产出效率不同,部分地市属于非DEA有效,农业产出率不足,投入要素存在冗余。建议从完善农业支持保护制度、推广应用清洁生产技术、提高农业机械技术效率和提升农村从业人员能力等方面进行改进,以提升山东省的农业生态效率。
In order to provide references for achieving the coordinated development of agricultural economy and resources and environment,the DEA-Malmquist index model was used to measure the agricultural ecological efficiency of Shandong Province from^2008 to 2017,and on this basis the development countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.Results:The overall agricultural ecological efficiency of Shandong Province presented a "W" trend,and there was unbalanced development of agricultural ecological efficiency among regions;The technology progress index contributed the most to the improvement of agricultural ecological efficiency,which was the main factor for the improvement of agricultural eco-efficiency.The comprehensive technical efficiency index,pure technical efficiency index and scale efficiency index needed to be further improved for the agricultural ecological efficiency;The input-output efficiency of 17 cities was different,some cities were non-DEA effective,the agricultural output rate was insufficient,and the input factors were redundant.In order to increase the agricultural ecological efficiency of Shandong Province,the development suggestions were stated in the following,including improving the agricultural support and protection system,promoting the application of cleaner production technology,improving the technical efficiency of agricultural machinery,and enhancing the ability of rural employees.
