摘要
本文整理、介绍李方玲先生治疗咳嗽有效经验方止咳方,结合临床应用体会,阐述咳嗽中医病因、病机、治法,以供同道临证参考。李方玲先生认为:肺气以下行为顺,上逆则为喘为咳,即咳嗽是肺失宣降,肺气上逆的表现;在肺失肃降的同时有肺气失宣的病因,而肺气失宣的同时有肺失肃降的存在,故治疗咳嗽主要是调畅气机,宣降并调以降为主,以使肺气重新恢复宣降平衡,即“宣敛相辅,升降相应”。
This article summarizes and introduces the effective relieving cough prescription of Chief Physician Li Fangling.Combining with the clinical application experience,it expounds the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for cough,so as to provide a reference for clinical symptoms of the same way.Chief Physician Li Fangling believes that the following behaviors of lung qi are suitable,and the upper reverse is the manifestation of wheezing and coughing,namely,the cough is the manifestation of lung loss and descending,and the upper reverse of lung qi.Therefore,the treatment of cough is mainly to regulate qi,and promote and reduce mainly to restore the balance of promoting and reducing lung qi,that is,"promoting and convergence complement each other and increase and decrease correspondingly".
