摘要
目的分析社区高血压合并糖尿病防治的重要意义,并提出有效的干预对策。方法选择2016年12月-2018年11月某社区的120例高血压合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组选择常规的疾病观察,观察组实施具有针对性的疾病防治与干预措施,对比两组患者的疾病认知率、按医嘱用药率和血糖血压水平。结果在实施疾病防治与干预措施后,观察组的疾病认知率和按医嘱用药率高达95.00%和96.67%,显著高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,观察组的血糖血压水平也明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对高血压合并糖尿病患者实施防治与干预的有效结合,能有效改善患者的生活质量,值得推广和应用。
Objective To analyze the importance of prevention and treatment of hypertension and diabetes in the community, and to propose effective intervention strategies. Methods A total of 120 patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus in a certain community were selected as subjects from December 2016 to Norember 2018. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group had 60 cases. The control group selected routine disease for observation,and the observation group implemented targeted disease prevention and intervention measures. The disease cognition rate,the medication rate according to the doctor’s advice and the blood sugar and blood pressure levels were compared between the two groups. Results After the implementation of disease prevention and intervention measures, the disease cognition rate and the rate of drug use in the observation group were as high as 95.00% and 96.67%, which were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). At the same time, the blood glucose level of the observation group was also significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effective combination of prevention and treatment for patients with hypertension and diabetes can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of promotion and application.
