摘要
系统仿真是医疗资源配置与优化领域的一个重要应用,国内尚缺乏直接的理论研究与指导。文章基于中国知网、Web of Science的期刊文献,从研究目的及问题、研究主题、研究内容三个维度对相关成果进行梳理总结,对文献数量分布、研究现状进行细致剖析。结果发现,已有文献缺乏前瞻性的政策研究和针对医疗机构的应对措施。通过对相关文献的系统梳理,为后续的研究明确方向。
System simulation is an important method in the field of medical resources allocation and optimization.At present,there is a lack of theoretical research and guidance in China.Based on the literature of CNKI and Web of Science,this paper summarizes three dimensions of results from the current study,which are,purposes and subjects,topics,and content,and analyzes the number,distribution and current situation of the literature.It is found that the literature lacked forward-looking policy studies and reactions to medical institutions.By combing the relevant literature,this paper clarifies the direction for the subsequent research.
