摘要
四川汶川耿达镇龙潭水电站大坝上游于2019年8月20日凌晨突发泥石流灾害,造成电站进水口拦污栅堵塞、大坝泄洪闸门无法正常开启,导致洪水翻坝过流。根据电站设计图纸,结合现场实际,编制多套应急抢险方案,最终开启闸门泄洪,排除了翻坝险情,避免了溃坝的发生。
The Longtan Hydropower Station in Gengda Town,Wenchuan County,Sichuan Province suffers a sudden mud-rock flow on August 20,2019,which causes the blockage of trash rack at the intake of hydropower station and the failure of discharge gates to open normally,resulting in the overflow of dam.According to the design drawings of power station and the actual situation,several emergency plans are formulated.With the implementation of emergency plans,the gate is opened successfully,which eliminates the danger of dam overflow and avoids dam break disaster.
