面向“新工科”的汽车类专业工程人才培养模式探索与实践 被引量:1

摘要 教育部提出高等工程教育的"新工科"行动计划,以应对新经济与新产业对"新工科"人才的战略需求,我国传统的汽车类专业人才培养模式、课程体系、校企合作育人模式已然面临全新的机遇与挑战。本文分析了"新工科"背景下的教育教学改革特征,总结了汽车类专业工程人才培养的新趋势,提出了提高汽车类专业工程人才培养质量的举措。在不断探索汽车类专业工程人才培养新模式的过程中,持续优化创新思维与综合能力的教育教学评价机制,为深入推进"新工科"汽车类专业建设提供参考,为汽车产业创新型、多元化的"双创"工程人才培养建立崭新范式。 The Ministry of education put forward the action plan of"new engineering"for higher engineering education,aiming to meet the strategic demand of new economy and new industry for"new engineering"talents.The traditional training mode,curriculum system and school enterprise cooperative training mode of automobile professionals in China are facing new opportunities and challenges.Based on the characteristics of education and teaching reform under the background of"new engineering",this paper summarizes the new trend of engineering talents training in automobile specialty,and lists the measures to improve the quality of engineering talents training in automobile specialty.In the process of continuously exploring the new mode of engineering talents training in automobile specialty,the education and teaching evaluation mechanism of continuous optimization of thinking and comprehensive ability will provide reference experience for further promoting the construction of"new engineering"in automobile specialty,and establish a new paradigm for the innovative and diversified"double-creative"engineering talents in the automotive industry.
